She broke my jaw! (C. Batgirl 027)
Mulan, Day 278. Two paper dolls attached together at the arm. You + Another person pull to receive.
Summary: Cass and Steph are playing rooftop tag when they come across some illegal business going down. To stop Steph from following her, Cass performs a nerve strike on Stephanie, knocking her out. Later, they complain to Oracle, who tells Steph to go the fuck away -- and she does, grumpily, with much whining.
Cass meets up with her after that and says that she's going to dig up the body of the woman that Bruce Wayne supposedly murdered. Steph doesn't really get why this is such a big deal to Cass (or why Bruce is someone that she's so obsessed with), and threatens that if she wants to do it, she'll have to get by Steph. . . of course, another nerve strike, and when Steph wakes up Cass has exhumed the body and is awkwardly standing around staring at it. It's too decomposed to tell who hit her (which was Cass's intent), but she does figure out by touching the corpse's face and then touching Stephanie's face (her response: ew!!) that it was probably a nerve strike that knocked her out.
They go back and tell Oracle, Robin, and Nightwing, who all agree that it is definitely a possibility, although a really weird one. It's a lead, at least. The girls get bored of listening to them talk and go back to their game of rooftop tag...which Steph continues to lose. :')
Effects:
• Unlocked: Facial recognition of Nightwing, Oracle, and Robin. (That this does not correlate to knowing that Tim is Robin.)
+20 Peevishness over being blown off.
+10 desire to whine when things don't go her way
+50 sense of adventure
+1000 TOUCHING DEAD PEOPLE IS SO GROSS

• Unlocked: knowledge of her previous superhero persona! Not all of it -- she doesn't know her name, but since Tim and Cass have told her she was a superhero before she became Batgirl this obviously makes logical sense.
• Unlocked: JUST HOW FUN IS ROOFTOP TAG EVEN

+50 determination to beat Cass at something, anything!!! X(
