02 / Vigilante Nonsense
Basic Capoeira
Goldie, Day 310. Tube of lipstick in a fetching color.
On an OOC level I love capoeira so let me just LINK THIS VIDEO so you can see kind of what it is and how the movements work! And also because shameless showing everyone how awesome it is.
Clearly Stephanie is not this advanced, but she now knows the basic stances, moves, kicks and punches. She can also do slow mock-fights under supervision, so none of the high speed stuff, very slow and concentrated! Though of course if she needs to kick someone, she can now do it....with form. Oooh la la.
This will eventually level up into faster, more proficient stuff like you see in the video, but that's a different skill. :')
